There is one therapist per person, working at the same time. This is not synced identical strokes with two therapists on one body.
Four-hand massage is a completely different setup built around one client and two therapists working the same body together. Couples massage is simply two sessions happening in parallel in the same room, so both guests finish around the same time instead of one sitting around waiting.
